Today in the IGR lab we received a diamond perfect for a princess!
This 1.25ct fancy intense pink heart shaped diamond had us excited from the moment we opened the packet!
After some vigorous testing and grading it was apparent that this diamond was treated using HPHT to promote a strong pink tone. Regardless of treatment the beautiful sparkle and exceptional clarity shone through making the diamond a real treat to be able to grade. We envy the princess that has this on her finger!!!
Here at IGR Reports we have the necessary facilities to be able to test for the various colour and clarity treatments available meaning our client was only too pleased to be fully informed about their special piece.
