Demantoid garnet

Demantoid garnet was beloved by the Russian Imperial Family. Famous Russian Jeweller Peter Carl Faberge firstly introduced this lustrous green gem in his famous eggs. 
Later on, the fame of demantoid garnet spread all over the world. The beauty of Demantoid Garnet is still appreciated, taking the spotlight in top jewellery and auction houses.

1.    A Belle Epoque demantoid garnet and diamond pendant. Design by Tiffany & Co was sold at Christie’s New York in December 2005.

2.    Demantoid garnet, peridots, emeralds and diamonds ring set in the pave setting. Emotion collection by Faberge
